HOW DOES THE FLOATING DISK WORK?
The disk floats on top of the water and moves with your dog's tongue as they drink. It limits access to a small amount of water at a time, which prevents gulping and stops water from sloshing over the sides. As the water level drops, the disk lowers with it. Your dog always has access to water, just without the mess.
WILL MY DOG BE ABLE TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER?
Yes. The floating disk slows drinking but doesn't restrict it. Your dog can drink as much as they need, they just can't gulp it all at once or splash it everywhere. Most dogs adapt within a few minutes and drink normally. The 1 litre capacity means plenty of water is available throughout the day.

HOW DO I CLEAN IT?
Lift out the floating disk and wash both pieces with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. We recommend cleaning the bowl every few days to keep the water fresh and prevent buildup. Both parts are easy to handle and quick to clean.
WILL IT STOP MY DOG'S WET BEARD/DRIPPING CHIN?
The floating disk significantly reduces how much water gets on your dog's snout and face while drinking. You'll notice far less dripping after they walk away from the bowl. It won't eliminate it entirely (some breeds are just naturally messy), but it makes a noticeable difference.
