HOW DOES THE SUCTION CUP WORK?
Press the suction cup firmly onto any smooth, flat surface. Tiles, glass, hardwood, or laminate floors work best. Push down to remove air and create a strong seal. The industrial-strength suction holds tight even during vigorous play. To remove, simply lift the release tab on the edge of the cup.
WHAT SURFACES DOES IT STICK TO?
TugToy works on smooth, non-porous surfaces including tiles, glass doors, hardwood floors, laminate, bathtubs, and sliding doors. It won't stick reliably to textured surfaces, carpet, concrete, unsealed wood, or painted walls with matte finishes.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR AGGRESSIVE CHEWERS?
TugToy features a thick braided rope and durable rubber ball designed for enthusiastic play. It handles tugging, pulling, and normal chewing well. However, if your dog is a determined destroyer who shreds toys within minutes, supervise initial play sessions. The rope is tough, but no toy is truly indestructible.
WHAT SIZE DOGS IS THIS FOR?
TugToy suits small to large breed dogs. The rope length and ball size work well for most dogs, and the suction cup's grip strength handles even bigger breeds pulling hard. Puppies and smaller dogs enjoy it just as much. They'll grow into the resistance.
CAN MY DOG PLAY UNSUPERVISED?
We recommend supervising your dog during play, especially in the early stages. Once you're confident they're tugging and chewing appropriately (not trying to destroy the rope or swallow pieces), many dogs can enjoy independent play. Always inspect the toy regularly for wear and replace if damaged.
HOW DO I CLEAN IT?
Rinse the rope and ball with warm water after play sessions. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and rinse thoroughly. The suction cup can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely before storing.
